These Terms and Conditions apply to the Alarmate app (referred to as the “Application,” “Service,” “Services,” “Alarmate,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provided to you by Alarmate or “Service Provider” subject to these Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and in accordance with the Alarmate Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”). Upon downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.

Intellectual Property Rights

All rights in and to the Application and Services, including all trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights (collectively, “Intellectual Property”), are and shall remain the property of the Service Provider and/or its licensors or third parties.

You are granted a limited right to use the Application solely for your personal use of the Services, subject to these Terms. Unauthorized copying, modification, translation, reverse-engineering, extraction of source code, or creation of derivative works of the Application (in whole or in part) is strictly prohibited.

You agree not to use, reproduce, or exploit any Intellectual Property presented within the Application for any purpose other than your permitted use of the Services, unless expressly allowed by applicable mandatory law or with prior written consent from the Service Provider.

Disclaimer of Warranty and limitation of liability

Alarmate is dedicated to ensuring that the Application remains useful, reliable, and efficient. To support this, we may update or modify the Application, or introduce charges for certain services, at any time. If charges apply, they will be clearly communicated to you in advance.

Alarm Functionality

The alarm will only function if your phone is powered on and has sufficient battery. If your device is turned off, runs out of power, or experiences hardware/software issues, the alarm will not work. You are solely responsible for keeping your device charged and operational. Alarmate cannot be held responsible for service interruptions caused by device-related issues.

Medical Disclaimer

Alarmate is not a medical device and should not be used as one. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any sleep disorder or medical condition. Always consult qualified medical professionals before making significant changes to your exercise, nutrition, or sleep routine.

No Warranties

The Application and all of its content are provided on an “As Is” and “As Available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Alarmate makes no guarantees regarding the suitability, accuracy, functionality, reliability, pricing, or usefulness of the Application for your specific needs.

Limitation of Liability

Alarmate shall not be liable for:

  • Errors in content or actions taken in reliance on such content.
  • Intercepted communications or data transmission issues.
  • Hardware or software failures, including viruses, data loss, or compatibility problems.
  • Any loss or damage (direct or indirect) arising from reliance on information provided within the Application.

General Limitations

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application at any time. Updates may be required to continue using the Application, and you agree to install them when offered. We do not guarantee that updates will always maintain compatibility with your device or operating system.

Alarmate may cease providing the Application at any time, with or without notice. Upon termination, (a) your rights and licenses under these terms will end, (b) you must stop using the Application, and (if necessary) delete it from your device.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding your device, maintaining secure access to the Application, and ensuring that your use complies with these terms.

Free Version and Paid Plans

The free version of the app provides limited functionality, and we reserve the right to modify those conditions at any time. This section applies when you purchase or subscribe to Alarmate Pro or any other paid product.

Subscription Options

Alarmate offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By paying the subscription fee, you gain access to Alarmate Pro features for the duration of your active subscription, subject to these Terms.

If you start a free trial, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.

Payment Terms and Pricing

All subscriptions to Alarmate Pro are paid in advance. Current subscription pricing is available within the Application and on the product page in the App Store. We reserve the right to update subscription fees periodically.

Your payment will be charged to your Apple ID / App Store account once you confirm your purchase. Subscriptions can be managed, and auto-renewal can be disabled, in your Account Settings.

Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Renewal fees will be charged within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. Auto-renewal will be disabled, but payments for the current period are non-refundable. If offered, any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited once a subscription is purchased.

Refunds and Payment Processing

All payments made through Apple (including in-app purchases) are processed by Apple and can only be refunded by Apple, at their discretion. To request a refund, you must contact Apple directly. Failure to pay does not automatically terminate your Alarmate Pro subscription.

Apple ID and Device Access

All purchases are linked to the Apple ID used at the time of purchase. To access your subscription on multiple devices or restore a purchase, those devices must be signed in with the same Apple ID. Purchases cannot be transferred between different Apple IDs. Verification is conducted by Apple through the App Store. If your device cannot connect to the App Store, you may temporarily lose access to your purchases until connectivity is restored.

Alarmate values your privacy. We handle your personal information only as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information from our users. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may periodically update our Terms and Conditions. Therefore, you are advised to review this page regularly for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
